Food, glorious food!


We love good food. The founders of ROCS have traveled the world in search of the best ceviche and

actually did find it. In Lisbon. They are also great chefs themselves.

On ROCS we return to the roots of humanity and culinary history and take it to a new level.

All produce is grown on the island or supplied by the local farmers, everything is cooked on fire.

We use ancient tribal knowledge to make food not only nutritious but also healing. Each meal is a celebration of the abundance of the earth, a ritual of connection and gratitude, as well as a courageous search for new flavors and textures.
